Some people have had luck signing out and back in with their Gamertag (Xbox profile).

There has been a long standing issue with unintentional user data wipes. Are you experiencing this in 2020 or 2024?

I’ve been here long enough to have seen numerous posts regarding the unintentional wiping of user data. As someone who has had this happen to them multiple times, including this morning, I’m frustrated that this isn’t being acknowledged and addressed by the powers that be. I cannot think of a single cloud-based service where I need to be concerned about backing up my user data.
