Well, I had some great scenic flights during my current World Trip but one I can 100% recommend to you is the one from San Sebastian to Pamplona through the Northern Pyrenees!

VFR San Sebastian (LESO) to Pamplona (LEPP).pln (3.6 KB)

Felt like something out of LOTR to be honest!
