Please insert disk and game pass not available in my region message

For some unknow reason, I get the ‘please insert game disk’ message.

Checked my xbox app and have the error message ‘game pass not available in my region’

This has never happened before up until now and nothing has been changed in my PC.

Would anyone know a fix for this or could it be a server issue?

Same problem. I do not have gamepass.
