  1. Get in the Airbus H-125
  2. Try to hover over a victim in the sea with no wind
  3. 90% of your WINDOW is covered by a useless piece of equipment that is NOT FAA APPROVED.
  4. Throw it in the ocean where it belongs. Or alternatively, allow me to put it in a Flight Bag, where it belongs.

You mention the Airbus helicopter but you have the ATR-42 tagged. Update your tags so this is seen in the proper categories. Add “aircraft” and “Airbus H-125” to your tags.

And yes, i agree that the EFB is in the way when trying to hover in the H-125.

Click the hide button on the right edge of the tablet near the top to hide it. The suction cup mount remains, unfortunately, but the view is much better.

Yeah, when they put that list in alphabetical order, I’ll pick the right plane.

This is the solution.

But the button is very hard to find. It’s on the right side of the EFB … like the physical SIDE of it, not the right side of the screen, but the right side of the DEVICE itself (like an iPhone power off button on the side of the phone.) Upper right. About 2 pixels wide and 4 pixels tall. (If you don’t have tooltips on, you can easily miss it.

Clicking that button will “hide” the EFB, but not the holder. But it provides a MUCh better view in the H-125.

Now, if they’ll just put trim controls into this stupid helicopter the missions might be flyable. As it is, they are impossible because the aircraft isn’t stable.
