Okay, so let me clear this up. When I wrote ‘uploaded to marketplace’, it means just that, the files are uploaded to Microsoft. It does not mean anything else.

When one has 10 aircraft with EFBs and only one of them has a save button that mistake happens all too often.

I posted it but then realised there is an on screen keyboard option. Sorry, when I deleted my post there were still no replies to it. Or so I thought. I didn’t realise some have problems with it. In performance tool it works fine for me. At least in 2D, I haven’t used it in VR.
Anyway, sorry for the stupid question and for causing confusion by deleting it

Happened to me too. I switched from pounds to kilos many times and couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t taking effect. Eventually I stumbled upon the save button at the bottom of page. Never even considered the possibility the settings had to be saved. Unusual and perhaps even unnecessary development choice but easy to accept in an otherwise perfect IMO plane
Just one of the “vintage” elements of PMDG - can’t beat a classic UI choice, I guess!

Love doing these events for the FedEx VA that focus in on single aircraft - have gotten to spend a lot of quality time with this one lately. Hopefully the 2024 art update that the 700 has releases before I complete this event and lose my excuse to fly it so much

This happened to me yesterday in 777-200ER
We keep complaining about not having any ‘Save’ options in any of Asobo’s settings pages.
And now we complain about the ‘Save’ button in the 737 EFB? Really?

Complain? Where did I complain? I explained my recent experience and then complimented the great plane. Maybe it’s a language barrier

Is it that difficult to understand different people complain about different things. I can guarantee that if PMDG removed SAVE button from EFB settings there would be someone complaining about it. It’s impossible to make everyone happy, people have different expectations.

Maybe we need an option setting to choose if the ‘Save’ button is there or not?
Personally I would leave it as it is. Till now I even didn’t know there’s a problem with the Save button.
