I just tried the DC6 after SU10 and a fresh reinstall and I’m now unable to lower the flaps (yes, the hydraulic lever is down)
Does anyone have the same problem ?

Me neither, it seems likely that the problem is at your end.
I flew it last weekend and didn’t have an issue. You may want to reinstall it and potentially submit a ticket as there is a process to clear out all the files that the sim creates for the plane to truly “reset” it
Please be aware that this plane is pretty much a “study level” bird. She will NOT lower flaps or gear for that matter at high speeds. And just as an FYI, she flies GREAT for me! And I spent all day flying the hurricane with her!
If flaps are the only thing not working, you might want to check the circuit breakers on the rear bulkhead. Especially if you have realistic circuit breakers enabled.

Can’t argue with that as I have found out myself.
I’m not one to use checklists at the best of times but I have now also completely dispensed with the Flight Engineer in the hope of giving me more of a challenge.
However, when I couldn’t get the flap gauge to register any readings when I moved the lever I just automatically thought it was an aircraft bug.
Big mistake and lesson now learned. I’d forgotten to set up the inverter switches!
What a fantastic aircraft this is! My hope is that PMDG do another prop. like this one as modern aircraft are not really my thing. I can but hope
