I thought of buying a 777 by PMDG. Currently I only own the 737-700 and 800 but I want to know what liveries are included before I buy the plane so I know if my airline is included. (I already searched FS.TO for the callsign, but I didnt find it. So is there a list or a picture of every livery?
Would also be helpful if you told us which variant of the 777 and what Livery you were looking for.
Indeed, it depends on what 777, for what simulator, and for what platform, but we deliver a lot of liveries (the biggest operators) via Operation Center 3. There are way more liveries available on flightsim.to. I believe over 250 in total.
Thanks for the reply! I’m looking for a livery for the 777-200, specifically the Austrian OE-LPD (Sound of Music). But I have another question: you said it depends on the simulator. I wanted to ask if, once a 2024 version of the 737 releases, I can just link my 737 liveries folder and keep the liveries I downloaded for 2020, or do PMDG liveries have their own version for each simulator. Because I could spare some disk space an not install them twice if they work for both sims.
How do we install the liveries from flight sim.to for the OC3?
There is a button to import liveries in the OC
Appreciate the information everyone!
Air NZ has 10 x 777s and Azerbaijan has 1
Pls add Air NZ for Xbox that doesn’t have access to flightsim.to
We are waiting for Microsoft for Xbox liveries. Right now the system forces us to demand all FS2020 owners of livery packs to rebuy them. We want them to be able to access them without cost. Afterall the FS2024 versions are free for owners of the FS2020 versions.

Why not include some liveries with the base package for Xbox? Surely there are larger packages out there than a 777 with liveries, so I cannot imagine it’s any kind of file size limit.
Interesting to see that iniBuilds released livery packs for their A340 today - for free. Is this the beginnings of freeware on the Marketplace? And if so, I would hope PMDG follows suit with their own liveries.
Uhhh… We’ll be calling Microsoft today.

Note that apparently the a350 livery packs (3 of them) are only free for the first week - after that there will be a charge. They have also been called “curated” livery packs in the Inibuilds publicity - I havent come across that term before in MSFS.
I would like to hope that MS allow PMDG the same - or similar kind of arrangement that they have obviously allowed for Inibuilds…. Those arrangements also included a non-standard release day which is quite unusual.
Do you mind pointing me in the direction of where this has been said officially? Thanks!
EDIT: Saw the official mention of this from iniBuilds on their discord server - this is a strange move, indeed. I guess if I were on Xbox I would definitely “buy” the free livery packs now so they’re in My Library before the price increases, even if I’m not buying the A340 itself this week.
This was also the case for FFX’s release of the Citation X.
We will ask exactly that.

It is really unfair to prevent Xbox players from enjoying their purchased products properly.
We paid the same price to get the 737 or 777 PMDG as PC users, but we only have a small batch of liveries for these 2 planes widely used all over the world. They charge us while pmdg Wanted to do it for free and in addition they block the rest of the Liveries.
At first they said it was not possible, but it’s possible as they did with the A340 inibuilds .
Can someone answer us at least? Because it’s really unfair
My bigger question is why doesn’t PMDG (and others) just include some liveries in the aircraft package itself? Other developers manage this, so what’s the limitation or reasoning for PMDG (again, and others) not to?
I have already asked this question and I was told it was not possible because of the size limit of the file
Which doesn’t make any sense considering there are addons in the Marketplace 5 times the size of a PMDG aircraft.
