I don’t know. This is not an issue with the GNT750. You have the same behavior with the king air.
Probably something in the database that is not correct.

Now that is what I call service! Hopefully they can figure it out.
I find the Direct to nearest airport facility really handy for random short hops.

That’s not that uncommon. I often get “Microsurf Server Support” ? calling me and wanting to log into my computer, to “fix my expired operating system License”.
Isn’t Internet technology wonderful !!
…and I sometimes get calls from “Microsurf Support” with out me even asking for support that they have detected a security problem with my windows instaltion and would like to log into my computer and help me fix it! 
Not sure if this was asked before or not. Will the 750 work on a RealSimGear 750?
I just want to clarify the subscription model for the premium version.
This will be a per year subscription with only one debit per year (no automatic charge of your credit card each month).
A few days before the license ends, you will receive an email asking you to renew it.
There will be no automatic renewal and you are not obliged to renew if you are not happy with the GTN750 premium. You will have yourself to do the renewal from your pms50 account.
We are not keeping your credit card information so we’ll never charge it without your consent.
Anyway, you’ll have the choice between this year subscription and a lifetime license. The price of the lifetime license will be about 3 times the year subscription.
The year subscription price will be given at the end of May.
The basic version will stay free.

That seems like a fair deal to me. I can’t see myself using it for 3 years, then just stopping.
Can we think that the GTN can get on the A2A planes, later ??

Up to them. THere is an integration guide in the basic package.
Does it make any sense to try to include a 3D Model of the GTN 750 Bezel, with the Integration guide. (Maybe someone with Blender experience could make and donate one)
While 3rd party developers “can” design their own", having a standard model, and one readily available might help encourage inclusion, as well as standardize of the appearance.
I can provide one for cockpit builders on request.

The sim update 4 will be released soon.
The GNT750 has already been tested on the SU4 beta and there are some small issues requiring a new version. We need a few hours to retest all.
Please be patient after the SU4 and do not bomb us with messages.

So I will get in before the update and say mu biggest issue is the mod does not make my Morning Coffee to the temperature I like and it does not come in a big enough range of colors. It is also unclear if it is safe with children.
