I’d agree on this take when speaking about games in general, but even then it’s impossible to ignore how today’s games are incomparably more complex.
Old school games were simply not expected to have voice actors, 3d surround sound, seamless open worlds or even that much of a story.
When we bring this to flight simulation, the argument becomes downright disingenuous.
In any previous decade of flight simulation history a sim that only let you fly the Inibuilds a330 around a NY area with ok airports and a some of the iconic building would be rightfully considered one of the best simulators of all time.
Now think about MSFS and X-Plane 12. We just can’t seriously argue that the quality or the demands of players/simmers went down lately. It makes no sense.
I have bought this plane motivated by the great and positive experience I have had with the fsr500. But unfortunately I have to say that it does not resemble this jewel, neither in textures nor in physics.
I start from the base that I play on an Xbox series x, I know the limitations of the platform, but it is not even enabled to work with Simbrief!!! Too bad, I asked for a refund, but they denied it. Congratulations Microsoft, I will think about whether to buy anything else in the Marketplace, that is not purely from third parties.
I’m sorry Raul, if you’re reading me, I know you care a lot about your products. I hope it evolves little by little and looks a bit like the FSR 500. In the meantime, I’ll leave it in the hangar for a while. 18 euros thrown away.
Are Asobo holding back any updates for this I wonder? Surely they aren’t going to wait until SU6.
Most of the MS aircraft use the in-game EFB which doesn’t support direct integration with Simbrief on Xbox. There is an easy workaround - cut and paste the Simbrief routing into the MSFS web flight planner, save it - and then simply import it in the EFB flight planner.

Thank you very much. There is another option, save the *pln (flight plan) in simbrief and then open it in flightplanner. If it is saved, you already have it on the web. I know him. But that doesn’t make it easier for you to payload or fuel, or integration with Simbrief. MS’s native EFB has a lot to improve.
In addition, in the FSR500, you can track the position of the plane on the tablet, since the developer has implemented an online tracking that makes things easier for those of us who cannot spend 5000 euros on a computer to simulate a flight.
