Solved: MSFS2024 Ok, MSFS2020 OK too
After Update 1: Stuck to MSFS2024 0cx0000005 and MSFS2020 0x800700c1 error in loading screen. “Using a code from other region?”
Two separate win11 installations with msfs2024 23H2 and 24H2. Community folders empty. Caches emptied. Latest + older nVidia drivers.
Made a bug report with eventviewer log.
And Samsung TV XBOX app when cloud gaming MSFS2024 sync error (“syncing has not completed on other XBOX Console” or smthng)
I think game saves has been messed up on server side.
SOLVED MSFS2024: " Using code from another region"
Go to www.xbox.com , sign in to account.
Go to profile, Settings, Manage games. That was it.
No clearing Oof saves or anything.
Odd thing was that while being in xbox account I had my error flash screen “0x0000005” still opened and MSFS2024 started automatically…
SOLVED MSFS2020:
" Using code from another region"
Go to www.xbox.com , sign in to account.
Go to profile, Settings, Manage games. NO MSFS2020 visible there at all.
So I started TV XBOX app and started MSFS2020 there. Error popup where “Try again” or use saved data from console or smthng ( I do not own any). I choosed later one.
Anyway this way I got MSFS2020 visible in XBOX account in web browser and reseted .
by choosing in Manage Games " Resync game files with XBOX network".
But when starting MSFS2020 again choose one on the right when popup asks.Otherwise you have to start all over again.
I messed up this in 24H3 as 23H2 was allready tested and ok to play.
In my case it is possible that during last autumn I used VPN while in MSFS
and different country was detected and sometthing was catched by MSFS servers
I do not know what else could cause this except update itself.
