It really would be lovely to get some sense of a timescale for marketplace, as in are we talking a few days or a few more weeks

Download and install went OK, then had a CTD during the intro movie.
Reloaded and managed about 10 minutes flight before another CTD with Application Error 0xc0000005.
This seems to be about par for the course.
FS2020 is my fall-back and it always works.
Stutters and mini freezes when taxiing in airports are still there - try for example LFPG, KORD even with all settings at low, preset instead of live weather, no live or AI traffic, no airport vehicles, etc.
RTX 4080, i7-13700, 64G RAM, 100M internet, 2K monitor.

Solved: MSFS2024 Ok, MSFS2020 OK too
After Update 1: Stuck to MSFS2024 0cx0000005 and MSFS2020 0x800700c1 error in loading screen. āUsing a code from other region?ā
Two separate win11 installations with msfs2024 23H2 and 24H2. Community folders empty. Caches emptied. Latest + older nVidia drivers.
Made a bug report with eventviewer log.
And Samsung TV XBOX app when cloud gaming MSFS2024 sync error (āsyncing has not completed on other XBOX Consoleā or smthng)
I think game saves has been messed up on server side.
SOLVED MSFS2024: " Using code from another region"
Go to www.xbox.com , sign in to account.
Go to profile, Settings, Manage games. That was it.
No clearing Oof saves or anything.
Odd thing was that while being in xbox account I had my error flash screen ā0x0000005ā still opened and MSFS2024 started automaticallyā¦

" Using code from another region"
Go to www.xbox.com , sign in to account.
Go to profile, Settings, Manage games. NO MSFS2020 visible there at all.
So I started TV XBOX app and started MSFS2020 there. Error popup where āTry againā or use saved data from console or smthng ( I do not own any). I choosed later one.
Anyway this way I got MSFS2020 visible in XBOX account in web browser and reseted .
by choosing in Manage Games " Resync game files with XBOX network".
But when starting MSFS2020 again choose one on the right when popup asks.Otherwise you have to start all over again.
I messed up this in 24H3 as 23H2 was allready tested and ok to play.
In my case it is possible that during last autumn I used VPN while in MSFS
and different country was detected and sometthing was catched by MSFS servers
I do not know what else could cause this except update itself.

See if deleting the rolling cache mitigates (or fixes) this.
Event Viewer should give more info.
SU1 frequently fails to load the scenery either at the initial sim load stopping at 59% or if getting past that (sometimes requires manual deletion of the cache to acheive that), loading into a position on an airfield it fails to complete, simply stuck on the looking down at the Earth view. This stage too sometimes does not allow elegant escape and will simply freeze. Also, sometimes CTD occurs in any of these stages, while other times a normal and successful flight with all my available assets will work fine. The last (two closely released) betas introduced these failures, where before no trouble loading was experienced.
Also, right now and several times before, even with a Quit to Desktop dialogue showing, it doesnāt quit and foced quit is needed.

Still having having the same serious issues as before and the simulator just donāt respond to the Saitek Peripherals commands on the Yoke as the the 2020 does.
Try downgrade your Driver.
Edit, the 0cx0000005 is slash screen ?
I donāt think this is a driver issue. The latest is working on my end. More info is needed which can possibly be found in Event Viewer. One suggestion I can make is if running a 13th or 14th gen i9 then update your computers BIOS to the latest.

Addons in community folder still wonāt work at all and is whatās causing long loading times even though they say itās good to use

Well? Earlier this morning the sim in VR was terrible at 6fps in KATL. AND landing in KDEN with the longitude was pretty much the same . I was so frustrated i just completely started over.
I dont know which of these things helped. Probably all of them. But only slight stutters at kden going to KASE on this flight. In flight was stupendous. A huge change from what i had.
- Reset my router
- New nvidia driver 572.70
- Cleared shader cache
- New rolling cache
- Set 2d to low
- Set VR to low. Then
Textures to ultra
Clouds, grass, trees, medium.
(Not much different from where it was at other than shadow maps and raymarching )
Only other thing running was BATC and FSLTL models)
Excellent flight ,like i said. Huge difference from yesterday and this morning. Still pondering why i can run fs2020 in TAA and DLAA, BUT cant in FS2024. THE Stutters at airports really need help though. But still 98% better than 6fps . Oh. I disabled simbrief downloader. I noticed that was running . But that cant make much differenceā¦ can it?

Man, this is a joke, first two times I had to wait an hour or so to start the flight (after picking up location)
Other times the little pos circle keep spinning for hours and never starts the sim.
There is no words to express my disappointmentā¦
Before SU1 at least I was able to fly in that broken thingā¦

Iām on Xbox series X, and had a similar experience to yours. Last night and this morning, it was running really bad, constant stutters and CTD. Tonight though it has been absolutely flawless apart from a few minor stutters here and there. Iām guessing the servers couldnāt cope with everyone downloading the update and trying it out. Fingers crossed it keeps running like it has tonight.

Workaround is to change your TLOD to 10 before flying, then change it back once your flight loads. Sometimes zooming out before you try to fly works as well. Stupid bug, but at least there is an easy workaround.
