I have them now back after i renew the rolling cache and restarted the sim

The photogrammetry looks meh in some places, for example 1:44 and 1:11 in the trailer

I have the same impression of all these updates involving PG cities, that they’re just not quite clean if not fully loaded. Even their trailers kind of admitted that limitation.

Hi, I just created a 90gb rolling cache file. Do I now have to delete it and set it again after the update? Won’t the cache get full and overwrite itself anyway the more I fly around the world?

Deleting and setting a large size this frequently can’t be good for the console’s internal SSD.

PG of Vienna looks much much better than before… Frankfurt besides the modelled skyscrapers too. Berlin look improved too plus it has a real good area of PG covered.

Just flew some circuits using the PMDG 738 at Salzburg and the ground textures and scenery is amazing and I’m on Xbox. If this is a taste of MSFS 2024 then it will be fantastic. No black screens or blurry textures. Absolutely brilliant!

No there is still a risk of non compatibilitys resolving in graphic corruption if chunks of the old rolling cache load with the new updated areas.

Was looking forward to seeing LOWS, but immediately disappointed that the iconic DC-3 is missing. Such an important part of the airport. This version of LOWS is certainly not as good as the one I had installed by Digital Designs. I think I will go back to that one. And definitely missing the distinctive yellow branded busses, stairs and airport equipment that is prominent there. Very disappointing on the whole.

Stop putting interiors on handcrafted airports if we cant take the drone cam inside them. Its pointless and a waste of fps for those who have pcs that actually do lose fps because of airport interiors. Further more its a waste of effort for the devs to do all that interior work and we cant see it. And you cant say “oh its a limitation of the sim” Because PLENTY of 3rd party devs have detailed airports that you can go all the way through.
