POP OUT panel stop working in VR

Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?

Yes

Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:

Hardware specs:

  • Meta Quest Pro VR headset
    *Realsimgear G1000 (PFD and MFD)
    *G9 Odyssey display
    *RTX4080
    *Intel i9-13900k
    *Asus Z790 A
    *64 GB DDR5

If relevant, provide additional screenshots/video:

*Loading into a vanilla session of MSFS2020 (non VR mode) popping out the G1000 PFD and/or the MFD, MSFS2020 has no problem refreshing those popped-out windows (on either the monitor itself or on the attached G1000 displays.

*If VR mode is enabled prior to popping out these windows, the pop-out display(s) will appear blank.

*Loading into a vanilla session of MSFS2020, turning on the virtual G1000’s (to display the AHRS/ ADC on the PFD, with Map data/ ancillary data on the MFD), and popping out those displays will continue to update Until the display mode is switched to VR mode, where the popped-out windows will only display the last refreshed window piror to vr mode. Oddy though, I was noticing on the MFD, the low oil pressure state was inverting between Red on White to White on Red much faster (almost as if the polling was hardware locked to the primary display)

This is leaving a thought that there is still a display processing thread active within memory, but because of VR mode, it behaves like a boolean switch. Not sure if the reasoning was an oversight or because of the stereoscopic 3d to 2d projection would be a reference to subordinate display processes/threads (and may cause display issues on other displays).
