Am I the only one with this annoying issue? For some few days now, at every MSFS launch, I’m prompted with the Xbox “Welcome Back” pop-up window, waiting to press NEXT:

… then few seconds later, the same:

As an amateur developer, I spent a lot of time launching and relaunching MSFS and it’s annoying having to have to interact with pop-up windows. I don’t have a second Xbox account nor want to switch from to another.

I did sign in/sign off, restart, check that my Windows is uptodate, synchronize time, un-install/re-install XBox App, check Xbox and Gaming Services apps are uptodate.

It started for me yesterday. Not sure why it’s happening though. I use the same PC and account each time. It usually pops up if i switch PC’s.

Same for me since 2-3 days. Very annoying.

Pop up appears twice : on the initial screen and then just before the loading part.

I suspect that a game service update is the cause.
Since the update today, the pop-up has started to appear.

I am not getting any such pop-up – never have.

PC- MS-Store – was in su13 beta, still in beta program, waiting for 1st su14 beta.

launch the game from the xbox app, then launch it regularly.

No. Not the solution…

You need to update Game Services… from MS_Store

With version 16.82.23001.0 there is no longer the pop-up window.

No change. Exact same behavior.

New version of Game Services has not changed anything. The issue affects all Microsoft Store/Xbox App games.
