Did not work. I uninstalled Map Enhancement Mod, deleted the files you recommended (that folder is now empty), reinstalled msfs2024 - did not help. Still getting low bandwidth issues with scenery not loading and map blurring when I zoom in. Sim is totally unplayable and I’ve gone back to 2020.
I don’t have those files, so that’s not my issue obviously. The issue is clearly on their side! I get 700mbps down and checked while loading. I have also been able to ping and returns at 35ms, so I have plenty of bandwidth and no issue on this end.
I’ve been plagued by these drop outs recently. They seem to be short loss on connection then loss of data, then a successful connect.
Host file is standard Windows, even went to the Microsoft website and got the default Win 11 entry and put it in the hosts file to ensure connect.
Oddly it (the drop outs) seems worse when I’m on the ground.
My internet connection never drops as other devices would show it. I’ve also monitored speeds and they don’t drop when the connection to MSFS reports as lost.
Got the same issue there, any update?
Started getting low bandwidth/switch offline errors several weeks ago (have 300mps d/load speed). Resorted to using VPN which solved the problem for a while. But this trick worked for me. No need for VPN anymore-back to normal. Must have been something I installed that messed with my DNS settings. For what its worth…
Did not work for me. Still getting “Low Bandwidth” and “unusually long loading times” messages and scenery not loading. Also can’t exit to desktop - just hangs and have to use task manager to close msfs2024. Using VPN doesn’t help either. Only other suggestion I have gotten is to reinstall Windows 11 but that is a royal PITA so I’m trying to decide whether to do that or just give up on msfs2024 (2020 works fine).
I am in the exact same situation, with no solution.
