Great setup. Am I missing Knobster? If so, this could really be a great addition to turn all that buttons!

My home made Knobster
Still a work in progress in terms of building a permanent cockpit, but all the functional hardware pieces are here now. The goal is to eventually build a proper looking cockpit with dashboard and glare shield that’s standalone and away from my normal computer desk using a large TV as my primary display. But for now, this is mounted to a Next Level Racing Flight Stand so I can move it out of the way when not flying.
My #1 goal was a MOUSE FREE COCKPIT. I wanted my planes to be controlled without the use of my mouse or a keyboard. And for several planes, I’ve now acheived that goal. Otherwise, I wanted a versatile, immersive cockpit that wouldn’t lock me into a single model or type of plane. The cockpit centres on a pair of 15.6" touch monitors, a Knobster, and Air Manager as the software driving the entire setup. On the side stand, I use an iPad running Spacedesk, which uses the iPad as a wireless monitor for my PC where I can place secondary controls from Air Manager.
Using Air Manager, I can build my own layouts of controls and instruments, either based on an existing panel, or I can just build it myself using the tons of free insturments included with it. Any switch is touch controlled, and all knobs are controlled via the Knobster, which is a dual axis encoder with push button.
I haven’t done any jet or airliner setups on it, but I could just as easily do those as I can GA planes.
Overall, I’m pretty pleased with the functionality of it so far, even though the look leaves a lot to be desired. But that will be Phase 2. Phase 1 was getting the functionality in place, and so far that’s a success.

Well, here’s mine.. Racing, trucking and flightsimmingrig in one… The obutto R3volution.
and no, cable management is not my thing
Thanks. But aircraft cockpits are typically pretty busy, so I guess it’s realistic in that sense.
My eventual goal is a cleaner layout much like @MrPhoenix1975’s
