Anyone here have any recent experience ordering Honeycomb add-ons from Prodesksim? I placed an order on 8 April and it has still not shipped 9 weeks later. Every week or two I ask for an update. Sometimes I get a response, sometimes I am just ignored. When I do get a response it is always some canned response stating “We’re currently shipping orders placed on xx date” but that date is only creeping forward i.e. each week they only seem to have got through ~2 days of orders.
I’m assuming they will eventually get to my order but the lack of up front clarity is frustrating and is made doubly so by the constant stream of emails I now get from them pushing new products or offering flash sales! The most recent email was a generic email apologising for shipping delays caused by “unprecedented demand”. Here’s an idea, if you can’t cope with the demand, don’t try so hard to create it!?
Their feedback on their website seems almost 100% positive. Maybe I’m being unreasonable to expect 3 weeks shipping when that is stated at time of order? Or maybe I just got unlucky.

Hi, I have the same problem with them. I ordered thrust levers at the end of April and haven’t received them yet. I’ve written to them several times - but without receiving a reply. I’m considering cancelling the order and never ordering from them again. Just sad
I can tolerate long wait times, even if they get delayed from the original estimation.
What I can’t abide is lack of communication. That kills my desire to do business with that company.
I ordered the 737 Advanced Package through Etsy on May 4th it was originally due to arrive between May 25th and June 12th. Yesterday June 11th, the dates were changed to June 12th to the 27th, and then I got a shipped notification later in the day. As of today when I track, it still shows “Label Created awaiting Item” but I actually feel like it is moving in the right direction.
Finally got a shipping notification this morning, so 9 1/2 weeks. I’ve waited that long for Virpil stuff before and I don’t mind waiting if the quality is good. The difference is that Virpil were upfront about the timeframes and kept me updated. With Prodesksim it just feels like your order disappears into the void.
Did you ever get your order I ordered on the 4th off March now The 18th and no tracking information yet. This company is a right joke. So tempted to put in a dispute on the transaction
