Purchased the Carenado Skylane

I purchased the Carenado Skylane from the in game Market, downloaded it and it got stuck of course.
Deleted and reloaded the game and the Carenado isnt in the hangar. Deleted the plane in the Content Manager and restarted the game and it downloaded the Carenado again and it says that it loaded successfully. The plane shows in the Content Manager with 1.1 gb. The plane still doesnt show up in the hangar. I looked at the files and the file folder for the Carenado Skylane is in the One Store folder.

Any Ideas anyone?

Never tried to see if it shows in hangar, it shows for me during flight selection tho close to the airliners if you don’t filter

I cant choose it to fly as it doesnt show with the rest of the aircraft. Like I said, files seem to be there but the sim doesnt see them?

Mine showed up right away I think. Tried restarting the sim?

yup, reloaded several times… files show up but plane is not there. Compared folders to other planes and cant find any differences in file placements

My impression from the forums is, it is too soon to purchase good content from the store.

Realistically nothing of high quality would be ready yet.

Look at the Steam store for FSX. Every single addon on that store: Overwhelmingly negative or mixed reviews. The worst thing would be to see that happen again.

Letting them rush helps nobody.

We need to insist that every bloody thing on the new store is only there because it is absolutely premium value for the dollar and top quality. Otherwise it should be pulled immediately.

Thank you for your replys. I moved all of the Carenado Skylane files out to a safe spot and restarted the game. I went to the market and downloaded the plane as it showed the download button. File downlaoded and decompressed and the plane seems to be working now. Miracles never cease.

How is the Carenado Skylane?
I have a couple of their FSX planes and they are very nice.

I like it. It has a different feel from the 172 and I fly it alot.
