When we buy a plane in the msft market, how do we get it into our hangars, i.e. where is the plane and how do we start using it? Thanks
In FS2020, once you purchase it, you can download and install it from a dialogue box that opens up in the marketplace. If you don’t see that, then you can do it from your Content Manager menu. Then it will be all ready to go in your hangar.
Many add ons will also put some documentation into the folder where all the other default aircraft live - manuals etc.
Yeah, I did all that, and got email confirmation on my order, but I don’t see it in my hangar
Do you see it if you select ’Not installed’ in your content manager? If not, you have not downloaded it, if you see it you have not installed it. There is two buttons in the planes marketplace page, ’Buy’ and ’Buy and download’.

Eelis61 - belated thanks. I apparently hadn’t downloaded it. It’s still not in the hangar, but hopefully it will show up within a few days.
You mean you still dont have it or? It shouldn’t take days and most of the time it’s instantly. If it’s still not in your content manager you should contact support. What plane did you buy?
