Quest 2 | Can't get into VR mode

Request help: I have not been successful setting up my Quest 2 for VR. Do I need to download Open XR to a specific folder? When the registry file what do I need to change it to?
Flight Sim says headset not detected.

My PC specs are a Ryzen 9 3900x with AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT.

Any help would be appreciated.
