Radio panel disabled on Headwind Simulations A339X

Hello,
I encountered an issue regarding the radio panel (logitech) on MSFS 2020 with the Headwind A330-900.
when I start the flight from the runway, the radio panel is activated. on the other hand, when starting from cold & dark, the radio panel is turned off.
I don’t know if I forgot to turn something on or is it a bug?
I tried with the SPAD.next but no result.

I also have the logitech radio panel, and for it to work with Cold & Dark starts you need to assign a keyboard shortcut to AVIONICS MASTER 1&2 ON and press that once the aircraft has battery power.
