Visited Vaernes again today. I was flying the VEVO1M STAR + ILS Rwy 27, however if you doing VFR just follow the river until you see the airport.

Beautiful day in Spokane, WA. Started at KRNT and making a quick stop at Felts Field (KSFF), then on to Pullman (KPUW), Lewiston, ID (KLWS) and Boise, ID (KBOI).
Spokane Felts-Field. Had a left main unsafe indication on the way in, but it turned out to be a burned out bulb. Fortunately, I was able to find a replacement.
Over Washington State University in Pullman. Go Cougs!
Over Clarkston, WA with Lewiston, ID across the Snake River. The Clearwater River is the fork on the left. Lewiston, Nez Perce Airport is more or less where my nose is pointing. Taking a spin around the Lewis-Clark valley to gain some necessary altitude to clear the upcoming mountains.
Looking back at downtown Boise on the way into Gowen.
