In three years it is one hundred years ago that a Fokker F.VII from KLM flew for the first time from Amsterdam, Europe to Jakarta, Azia with many stops and 127 hours flight time. An amazing story well explained on this KLM blog.
I’d like to fly the same route again, and preferably in a model of the Fokker F.VII, but I do not have the skills to make a model like that. I know there is a FSX model, even with a closely resembling KLM skin, but I don’t know how to transfer this to MSFS.
I’d love to see if there would be some competent modellers who’d help re-create this legendary airplane, to fly in MSFS. Anyone who’d like to take on this challenge?
Thank you Microsoft/ORBX for creating this wonderful model with the new MSFS world update !
I was just about to start learning Blender from scratch to set out on this journey of modeling with an estimated time to learn before next year, but this is a much appreciated short cut.
I bought the model right away, currently downloading

The first of October it will actually be 100 years since the epic flight from Amsterdam to Jakarta took place in a Fokker vii in October and November 1924.
I have been flying the route in the Fokker vii, and the plan is to create short summary videos of this trip, one for each of the twenty legs, according to the route described in the travel report written by one of the pilots in 1925.
Leg 1, hope you will enjoy the trip: https://youtu.be/qx457UDcNtA
