Realistic Vapor / Condensation effects

This is what i wanna see :crossed_fingers:t2::pray:

Top of the morning to all Microsoft Asobo Team,

I have been thinking here and looking for some additional graphical effects that would boost everyone’s flying experience to next level and allow a unique visual effects!

For past few years and looking at many simulators and some companies attempt in re crate this visual effects some have succeed and rest just did not and gave up! The overwing and engines condensation effect, we have over wing Vapor let’s say when we fly F/A18 Super hornet we have some of those visual effects that Asobo did beautiful! Now are you guys planning are we going to have this beautiful visual effect let’s say on Airliners from 737/320’s all the way to the big airliners such as 747/777/787 and new upcoming A380X would love to see the over wing condensation and in engine when from idle we apply full thrust power engines get that Vapor effect at take off and just makes it so beautiful! I know this would and must depend on weather and on humidity and other atmosphere pressures and factors, so this type of condensation won’t happen eventually every time. I would love to see that and I’m quite sure lots of us here on forum and simmers would love to see that! I also know that not due the physics of movement and speed not all parts of aircraft travel at same speed let’s say leading edges of wing can be travelling faster than the body of aircraft due their angle and shape and at certain speeds they would be super sonic at the top of the wing and rest won’t and so on there is more to it anyone can research on this factors. With today technology and ability of recreate and simulate all kinds of atmosphere and winds and termal and visual conditions in MSFS I’m sure is achievable and can be made, so my request my wish is that we could have this visual effects on airliners! Please Asobo can you guys make it happen !

If not wrong Acu Simmulations have made this effects Immersion addon for PMDG 777 back for FSX /P3D and is beautifully made now imagine this but with today visuals and tech this would be beautiful! See some photos and videos!

If FSX and P3D could have that imagine MSFS ?

I second this. The sim really needs to be better at simulating how aircraft move through humid air and water. It would be even better that it’s within the physics engine and not something that people have to input on their aircraft as an add-on manually.

I think on top of these effects, they should be tied to physics relating to what’s occurring. For example, It would be great to have an option for simulated wake turbulence in return would make you think twice about following a heavy 747 in your 150 on approach into a large airport.

Would love to see such effects being added. I doubt it will happen in msfs2020 but maybe we could hope to get them in 2024.

This looks cool!

I’m curious with FS2024 did any condensation effects actually get added in Fs2024?
