Regression: DLSS3 Frame Generation with vsync broken in 1.30.9 (with fixed refresh rate monitor)

Regarding the video @LaudableCoder29 posted => Just a quick update on something I just found out. It appears that the default RTSS-sync is set to ‘ASYNC’ in ‘SETUP’. Well, as it turns out, there are a couple of other options as well (notably NVIDIA REFLEX). I found out that by that simply choosing the proper setting ie. NVIDIA REFLEX, most of the lag just vanishes which was present in the default async-mode. I think were quite close to what msfs would feel like if FG were properly working on fixed-sync monitors by using this mode.
