I have no idea.
All aircraft we currently sell are FS2020 compatible.

I think they were asking about the wipers working in 2020.
It is a completely different version that fully uses the FS2024 SDK. However, we did not include things like engine covers because airliner pilots never have to deal with them. But it uses an FS24 flight model (and the much better ground model), has all the optimalization that is needed for FS24 etc.

Iām staying for some time in fs20 on xbox, so Iām curious when and what new will come with 200er to xbox fs2020. Majority of airline consolers and pcters stays with fs20 tbh (according to steam statistic), there is so much bad and so few good thing in xbox fs24. still btw. So what about FS2020 XBOX MP premiere of 200er?
I was replying to the poster above me. I believe he was confused, and or a language barrier lost in translation.
Maxuss, as updating products on the Marketplace is a rather slow process, we prefer to make sure a product is really stable before it is uploaded. Things look okay for the 777-200, but we have not set a date. It will be for FS2020 and FS2024 for sure, with almost the same feature set.

Is it possible to save a flight in FS2024 and resume it later? Or is such a feature planned? For me this is really necessary for longhaul flights.
You can save an approach with the MSFS flight recorder but the flight sim drops the plane in the air unconfigured. You are scrambling to stabilize it. This is an Asobo/MSFS issue and not a PMDG issue.
You can save the flight using MSFSās native save feature. However, to be sure the plane is configured the same way when you resume, you should also save a custom panel state in the PMDG menu on the FMC, then reload that custom panel state when you later decide to load and resume the flight.
Back in the 772 today flying Delta colors, KATL-KJFK. This is what good looks like in 24! Iāve flown it both in 2020 and 24 now a few flights each on PC: In SU2 beta 0.18, I couldnāt be happier with an aircraft model than this. With all the beta craziness day after day, to have a flight this good is so very rewarding!
I havenāt jumped on the MSFS2024 bandwagon yet, but I am happy to finally read something positive on how well this 772 release is working. It is starting to give me hope. Maybe after SU3 I will jump on the wagon.
Itās not good practice to toot your own horn, but we have dozens of messages from people telling us that MSFS2024 finally starts to make sense for them with the 777-200. This is really good news for us because, no matter how you look at it, MSFS 2024 is the future.
As the ālateā release shows, it was not easy for us to move to the new platform. We should have been more cautious about the compatibility claims, so we started late. When we started, we decided to forget about MSFS2020 and look at MSFS2024 as a completely new platform. So take all the raw files and follow the SDK to the letter. We knew that was the only way to get a product that performs as well as it should. At PMDG, we believe that an aircraft should never hoard all the simulatorās resources. We love complex airports, we love a highly detailed world to look at. Itās good to see that our ideas about that worked out.
Still enough things to work on, but PMDG is a pretty happy bunch right now.
Sir, this is momentous!!! Thank you PMDG.
Now that you have the infrastructure and mastery of the MSFS 2024 SDks to create awesome flight models, I look forward to many more new aircreaft from PMDG. I have a good entertainment budget set aside to build my sim with a portfolio of 3rd party aircraft. So go ahead and take my money.
I already own the 777-300 in MSFS 2020 but decided to buy the 200 in MSFS 2024 to help with your cash flow and reward hard work.
I look forward to you helping to build MSFS 2024 with Asobo because MSFS 2020 is dead to me. I will not waste 1 further minute on the old sim. I got my monies worth out of 2020 so time to throw it away with no regrets.
Lets see the 747, 737 Max, a 767 and a 707 ASAP. Thatās an easy $350 I can send you.
You can take preorders with early buyers getting a creatorās edition with special liveries and an earlier release date.
Counter Point to above:
Keep doing what you do, and how you do it, PMDG.
I will still purchase direct from your webstore (to always have access to the latest version) AND then purchase again from the Marketplace (so its āstreamableā and takes 5 seconds to reinstall after reinstalling 2024)
After purchasing a 96% complete early access addon last week, I am thankful to pay full price for a 99.9% complete product. I found that I am overwhelmingly appreciative of a full experience upon release.
As the poster above, I also support PMDG and their products - In my own way.
NOTE: I am still very happy with the early access addon, it just isnāt the same overwhelmingly exciting experience I have with PMDG products typically. (Except during multiplayer when we all appear to fly PMDG with landing gear down)
First updates to the -200ER for both sims expected later this week:
ATTENTION Asobo
That ^^^^ is how you document a developer update
The update I posted about this morning is now out for both sims.
