Wanted to share something I’ve been working on: SkyNexus (skynexus.nl), a free browser-based EFB that connects to your SimBrief account and turns your OFP into a full operational briefing.
The idea is one place to read everything you’d normally have spread across five tabs before pushback.
What it does:

Imports your SimBrief OFP and reconciles weights, fuel, routing, cruise level and alternates into one briefing

Detailed airport pages with runways, NADPs, engine-out SIDs, ATIS letters, taxi briefings and operational notes

METAR and TAF parsed into wind components, crosswind, visibility and ceiling per runway

ChartFox integration so the right SID, STAR and approach plates for your filed runway are picked out automatically, with an inline PDF viewer (zoom, pan, rotation, pinch)

Enroute globe with live weather (METARs, SIGMETs, winds, radar), VATSIM traffic and ATC sectors, navaids and airways, all toggleable

Auto-assessed threats: weather, NOTAMs and division notes cross-checked against your filed runway and phase of flight

Live VATSIM ATC matched to your route by airspace geometry, with handoff waypoints

vIFF/CDM integration for participating vACCs, so you see CTOTs and the ATFCM picture before you push (credit to Roger Puig)
Works with anything that uses SimBrief — MSFS 2020, MSFS 2024, X-Plane, Prepar3D. Browser-based so no install, no download.

The most advanced A320 performance calculator in Flight Simulator — built into SkyNexus
Until now there wasn’t a good A320 perf option for FS pilots. The handful out there are paywalled, sim-only and barely configurable, or just a wrapper around the OFP’s TLR with generic assumptions that ignore your actual runway, METAR or technique. That bothered me. Your EFB already has the OFP, live weather, runways, EOSIDs and VATSIM coverage. The perf calc belongs in the same place. So that’s what we built. What you get on the new PERF tab:

Takeoff Dispatch — V1, VR, V2, three runway distances (all-engines, engine-out, accel-stop), binding margin against TORA, plus a confidence + limiting-factor chip telling you which constraint is binding. FULL or ATM (flex temp) thrust. WINDSHEAR mode derates and adds VR/V2 +15 kt per Airbus QRH.

Landing Dispatch — VRef, VApp, factored and unfactored LDR, margin against LDA, runway profile showing every named taxiway exit so you can picture where you’ll vacate. CONF FULL or 3, autobrake LO/MED/MAX/MANUAL, reverse NORMAL/IDLE/INHIBITED, all wired into the calc.

Inline CG calculator with ZFW CG and Fuel CG sub-calcs. Auto-derives THS trim (0.25-unit rounding, ±5 unit clamp, FCOM presentation).

MEL items that actually change the numbers — anti-skid INOP, single/dual reverser INOP, single/dual brake INOP, pack INOP. Each rolls in as the right friction or thrust derate, not a generic margin penalty.
Help on every number. Click the ? next to V1, LDR factored, or any tile and you get a modal explaining what it means, how it’s computed, and what would change it. Methodology: auditable from public sources — Airbus Getting to Grips with Aircraft Performance, Safety First (Kornstaedt OLD), EASA TCDS, plus open-source OpenAP for the peer-reviewed drag polar and thrust deck. Open the EFB, generate an A320 OFP, look for PERF between ALT and ENROUTE WX. Let me know what you think.
