Finally got this plane thanks to the Marketplace sale and oof, she wants to kill me. But I am having an absolute blast. This has quickly shot itself onto my short list of favorite planes. It is excellent on Xbox! Most of my favorite planes are either PC only, or work so much better with my PC hardware. But this one shines on the console, which is fantastic because my Series X has a 50” monitor and runs circles around my PC.

This is my favorite plane in months. And easily my favorite on Xbox. It has tried to kill me many times but I am figuring it out and flying it (more) correctly. Now I get how to go slow with confidence. Weird bird. So I think I am in love.
A friend asked for a flyover of Venice to see how my new rig handled it, so I obviously had to use the Optica for the view…
Noticed an update for this one today. Only problem is I am now a good foot and a half off the ground on the runway. Something is broken.
Same problem here, plane is floating over runway
So hold off updating this one?!

We are aware of the issue. We had a problem with this build and it seems the contact points were shifted. We have fixed the issue and a new 1.0.5. is uploaded and waiting on Flightsim.to for approval.

just one thing, isn’t the glass added to navigation instruments a little weird or it’s just me? I just see a reflection of a picture that does not match at all with the environment. Honestly kinda annoys me. Is there any possibility to disable these reflections/glass? Thanks.
The reflection is built into the enviroment map of Microsoft Flight Simulator. Every aircraft with interior glass will reflect this same image.
We can’t do anything about it on our end.

I just bought the EA-7 from the Marketplace and see that it is version 1.0.2. Can I update using the version on flightsim.to or do I have to wait until the update appears in the Marketplace?
You have to have purchased it from Flightsim.to to be able to update it from Flightsim.to. Not everything on Flightsim.to is free (this being one of the payware offerings), and more to the question you asked, your license applies from the purchase source.
Thanks for the information. Now I regret buying it from the Marketplace because it seems this does not get updates (1.0.2 is very old). Or do GotFriends actually submit updates to the Marketplace and is Marketplace just so slow in accepting updates?
