For me a regional jet + Just Flight = a must have ![]()
āWas the price on the marketplace increased though? ā
Thatās your first sentence and I answered it. Like I said if you want to continue then I will be glad too. But not here, create a different post with your objections and I will gladly contribute.
I see what you are getting at graspee but this thread is perhaps not the right place.
Here is the NAV1/NAV2 display issue I was talking about. NAV2 used to display DME on pilot side for NAV2 now it doesnāt. NAV2 does display on the āNAV1 locationā on the Co-pilot side. Any ideas what needs to happen to get this back to displaying both NAV1 and NAV2 on pilot side?
RED=NAV1
YELLOW=NAV2
GREEN= where NAV2 DME used to be displayed on pilot side. Am I missing something?
EDIT: Figured it out you press the centre of NAV2 knob to turn NAV2 āONā. My bad memory.
Press here to turn NAV2 āONā
Into Belfast NI (from EGLC) & I know which airliner looks the most impressive sitting at EGAA tonight.
I just finished a flight and went full APU OFF->BATT SWITCH ā OFF and got the sim āflight completeā message, and on next flight it remembered? my Cold & Dark state.
Also notably I had toggled āstate savingā to OFFā in the EFB. It seems to be doing the reverse of what I was expecting.
Bug fest on xbox. Glad to have it, but itās very buggy right now and in need of a patch
Can you elaborate? I have found it to be very stable on the Xbox
Iāve had several crashes loading it in. It might have something to do with linking my simbrief account to it as i noticed that the issues arose after doing that.
Additionally, this is the only plane that will not recognize my mapped rudder input on my Velocity One triggers nor rudder pedals. I have a controller also wired in so i can move around the cockpit etc and it will only recognize rudder inputs from the controller so itās effectively useless to fly with the velocity one yoke. Have tried unmapping, remapping, everything and nothing is working. It works on every other plane in the sim so this is a 146 issue.
Iāll have a good play with the 147 tomorrow. My Simbrief integration is working very well and no CTDs at all so far.
I did have a wierd issue with the rudder not working on a takeoff this evening but I reloaded and it worked fine. I assumed it was user error but your experience suggests thatās it may be a bug. Iām using a Hotas One X for rudder controls (no pedals just twist grip input on the joystick).
That seat cam is in the perfect place! ( also, that is a pretty tough place to land a 146 but itās good fun
)
With the airbrake out full you can slow down faster than you can get the flaps deployed.
Thats actually a great idea⦠something I havenāt actually thought āoutside the boxā in doing but I should actually do something like that⦠I mean⦠it is factual isnāt it⦠unless a carrer decided to get their entire ATR order shipped ![]()

Yep, thatās the power button. Itās easy to miss.
I definitely have to say western Australia would almost be the pefect place to live if you love real world flying.. you basically have the whole part of the main flying world (especially if you like to use ai traffic as wellā¦)
The only major black spot would be the Pacific ocean and western USAā¦
I must have a go with the cargo flights and go exploring through Europe!!!
Is it normal for first load in to take a very long time? Mine has been going for 30 minutes so far. Xbox
Spot on. Of course when I first got MSFS I thought flying in the Pacific NW would be great for the scenery, and it is - but then I discovered using real time traffic and weather, and nowadays I hardly fly there anymore, despite early on buying add-ons for Vancouver, Portland and some smaller Orbx airports. NZās fjords have taken overā¦
If you do enjoy the Euro cargo routes, I can recommend EDDP by Digital Designs. It is a well-modelled giant DHL hub on one side while still having a passenger terminal at the other end.
Now thereās an idea, challenge accepted..
I did think IRL itād be out of limits on weight, but then I saw an A400 do a couple of touch & goes there⦠I donāt think Skybus can afford one though, lol.
Tingwall is another one thatās just about big enough, although itās a fair bit flatter.
Superb viewing. Must give that a go. Iāve not tried landing in St Maryās in anything other than an BN2 Islander before!
That was the shorter runway too, I onāy realised that later, heh. Landās end is easy to get into but a little hilarious to get out again.
