Hatfield airfield is houses & a University these days. If Airbus didn’t want any UK civil aircraft manufacturing capability BaE just dumped it.however it could.
Cranfield’s weather watching 146 is up every day, it was over me a couple of days ago.

G-LUXE is the first flying -300 if I have understod correct.
That’s correct. Interestingly, it was also the original BAe 146-100 demonstrator.
Originally built in 1981 with serial number E1001, it become the first BAe 146-100 demonstrator with registration G-SSSH.
In 1986/1987 BAe then modified the airframe and the aircraft then become serial number E3001 and subsequently the first BAe 146-300 demonstrator, registration G-LUXE, which it still flies with today.

G-LUXE would be a Nice Feature in all its glory as she is now for the ”update” ![]()
G-OFOM would need a new livery update. Wish I knew how to do paints. Only 2K landings since new, and waits for a buyer.

Wow, are F1 desperate for money? I doubt it!
That is the livery I use if I fly the 146 ![]()
New owner and some new paint ![]()
Executive Jet Support Is the owner since 2022
https://www.planespotters.net/airframe/british-aerospace-146-100-g-ofom-executive-jet-support/ekdvk6
It was sold off in 2017 and Liberty Media bought out the F1 Management Group that year so I’m assuming the two events are linked.
Oh didn’t look at your link. Says there ownership was transferred to Jet Support in 2022 as you said but when I googled the plane I got news articles from 2017 saying Jet Support bought it, here for example: https://www.ejs.aero/2017/06/30/executive-jet-support-announce-the-purchase-of-formula-1-bae-146-100-g-ofoa-msn/
Looked it up on the CAA’s website as well and it confirms the ownership change in 2022 as well. Quite odd. Wonder what the five year delay in ownership change was about? ![]()
Anyway that article says Bernie used it as a VIP jet so I guess Liberty Media didn’t want his sordid old plane on the books anymore ![]()
FOA is scraped FOM is far as i could read ”alive”.
How do you go about finding historically accurate routes? Not needing the full route, just the Origin/Destination & carrier. I’m about to start learning this aircraft and I like to pick a livery and fly a series of accurate routes for it.
What they don’t tell you is it’s had 2001 take-offs ![]()
Oh it was two different planes. I got them mixed up into one.
I use this tool:

Amazing! This is exactly what I’m after. Thanks!
Could someone comment on the specifics of this Marketplace release? I’m tempted by the sale price right now, but wondering if the Marketplace version has any compromises from the PC package. I’m reading about different variants and cabin configurations, and lots of different liveries - if anyone could comment or post a screenshot detailing some of these different configurations and liveries I’d be grateful to you.
I don’t own the non-Marketplace version, but from everything included in the MP version, I cannot find any differences to the non-MP version beyond speed of updates.
Even that has been greatly rectified with the changes to the MP.
That word salad I just wrote means I see no differences between the MP and non-MP versions as far as I can tell.
Right on, thanks. That being said, is there somewhere where all included package liveries are listed out? Searching yields a lot of flightsim.to and other third party PC-only content, and the marketplace livery screenshots on the bottom of the product page is always really small and ineffective at letting a guy know what he’s getting.
If you scroll down on this page you’ll find a link to the PDF manual and that includes a list of all the liveries.
Thank you! Sorry for the trouble.
