I have the 47 on PC and I can turn well with the cyclic. It doesn’t fly like other helicopters because it’s not like other helicopters. I have full helicopter flight controls also so that may be the ticket. Not sure how it flys on a gaming console with a game pad. I think Miltech has done a pretty good job on this aircraft.

Yeah I am sorry for bashing it.
Will give it some time, and read all the links, and since its a very easy helicopter to fly its not really anything I need to learn or discover, but still, I will give it another shot.

I just want to say how much I am enjoying the Chinook. I also have X-Trident’s on X-Plane and ED’s on DCS. So I guess I am just a fan of fat, ugly flying machines. This one (along with the boats) has be a particular joy. Xbox with Elite 2 controller and it flies just fine.
FWIW, I am a helicopter pilot, but just small stuff.
