Hi everyone, I’ve been doing some touring and testing lately and was having the missing toolbar and atc options problem.
I have a solution if you do as I do and prefer to load the aircraft cold and dark when you reload the flight. It will involve editing the .flt file with a text editor but using search and replace it isn’t so bad.
Basically if we open the file and change this line:
[FreeFlight]
FirstFlightState=FLIGHT_RUNWAY
to
[FreeFlight]
FirstFlightState=PREFLIGHT_PUSHBACK
you will have a cold and dark plane and a toolbar which is nice 
Then if you’ve found the atc options to interact with the current airfield/airport are missing you’ll need to change whatever the following two lines read in the [ATC_Aircraft.0] section to:
RunwayIndex=0
ParkingIndex=0
Not sure if both are needed but I go ahead and change em anyway.
I haven’t experimented with flightplans and saving that data as I haven’t been using them but wanted to share my findings with people to hopefully help others.
