I’ve been playing with the replay editor and clicked on ‘hide UI’ and then clicked on the X to remove the Replay menu off the screen to record the replay I made. After the recording, I can’t get the replay screen back to show the UI. I have to exit to the main menu and load again to get the UI back. Am I missing something, a shortcut to bring the replay controls back?
There is an icon in the on-screen “hidden” toolbar.

I’ve read it but I can’t find the part about a hidden button anywhere. Can you explain please. The hidden bar with the icons disappears once you click the ‘hide UI’ button, so how am I getting it back?
Yea I know that… and if you open that replay menu/window… click on ‘Hide UI’ in the bottom and then click on the X to close the replay menu (so you can screen record without any UI element), how do you get the UI back? That’s my question.

I use the “No Tool Bar Handle” mod, which hides the “winged icon” that calls up the toolbar.
I don’t use the x on the interface, I use the toolbar icon to close the inteface
I use other HUD elements too during flight as I’m using an ultra-wide and don’t see them unless I look at them. Don’t want to toggle that on/off just to capture a video. The hide UI option of the replay mode needs a shortcut/key to restore the HUD otherwise you are stuck in a loop…

If you want this looked into, you should enter a Zendesk support ticket from the Support tab at the top of each forum page.
In there look for Submit a Request.
Cross refer your post to your request and add the request # to your post.
After that, the more votes here, the closer to the top of the triage list it gets.
As yet (apparently subject to change) Asobo/MS does not monitor the forums to find and fix issues.
Same here, was using that tool for the first time and I’m stuck, I guess there’s a solution somewhere, still digging… well meanwhile there are 2 votes lol so I believe it’s fixed ?!
