(Resolved) Missing marketplace items after latest update [June 2024]

I missing aircraft as well after the last update. At least 3 to be exact and did the same troubleshooting as the person above.

Just completed the latest update and nearly half of my aircraft are missing. I usually see about 140 different aircraft now only 45 are showing. Examples beilg the islander and twin otter F500 and many more missing.

Include me here. I can’t get past the Asobo or Blackshark splash screens without an immediate CTD. What is going on with these new issues? Possibly a marketplace error as if i remember all the aircraft i purchased through that are mainly the ones missing.

What is strange is how inconsistent this is. I’m missing a number of Deluxe and Premium aircraft, but not all of them. For example, I have the 787, but not the Pipistrel.

C172 and basically all aircraft purchased via marketplace are gone, LVFR A318 and A321 (each with horizon mod) can still be selected but no thumbnail in the menu. If you select one of them, no model is loaded into the sim. Only LVFR A319 and A320 (each with Horizon mod) are not affected, although they were purchased via marketplace as well. Also, all scenery addons purchased via marketplace are gone.

I removed all the purchase i buy from marketplaces, then i reinstall all over again,
the result is the same.

Brief description of the issue:

yesterday it was all fine, until i install the new airrac update, the whole thing is gone, then I removed all the purchase i buy from marketplaces, then i reinstall all over again,the result is the same, even the airport i purchase is also didn’t show up, just standard asobo airport.

Yes I do, since last update from yesterday, the airports are gone. I only see the slurf to connect to the airplane

Version 1.37.19.0. Not just Premium airport but bought ones as well. I tried to fly out of CYSN bought through the Marketplace and it’s now the default. I renamed the Community folder, launched the sim, and tried to fly it from YSN with the same result. I removed that one through the Content Manager and refilled the Community folder this time installing the one I have from Mazermart; the sim now showed the Mazermart CYSN.

Yesterday, after the beginning of my flight, during the climb to cruise level, all the cockpit froze : all screens, throttle, buttons, etc. but the plane still flying. I quit the game and restarted today and the plane has totally disappeared ! It’s in the content manager, but that’s all, nothing in the planes list !

Exactly the same here, I’ve also lost the B787 and A310

Today when I was about to fly, I discovered that the new A320 suddenly had disappeared! I can still see it in the Marketplace/Content manager, but I cannot see it in the aircraft selection window.

Also, all my custom liveries for my A310 have disappeared. Again, I can see them listed as installed in the Marketplace/Content manager, but I cannot select them when I’m about to fly.

I have been using MSFS for an hour or two daily for almost a year, and I love the product, but the developers responsible for setup/marketplace/content mgr seem to be struggling a huge deal to make the product even work. This surprises me. Microsoft shouldn’t have any problems finding good devs.

(I mean, sometimes Windows 3.1 feels more stable and reliable.)

The marketplace says all my missing aircraft are installed but nothing appears in the aircraft selection list. Content manager lists them all though. Strange.

Hi I am using the Steam version and have the same problem. The a320neo v2 is not displayed in the aircraft list. The a310 and the normal a320neo are displayed correctly. Even deleting the a320neo v2 from the content manager and downloading it again did not help. I also manually deleted the add-on from the official folder and let the sim reload the files during the startup process without success. I also tried to delete the whole configuration folder under C:\Users******\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator and I noticed that the a310 is also no longer displayed even if I download it again via the content manager. The a310 is still displayed as up to date in the content manager and is also in the official folder like the a320neo v2, but is no longer in the selection list of aircraft in the simulator. Please help me, as I have read about this problem in other forums, but there seems to be no solution. I have 100+ other add-ons for the sim and none of them cause such problems. Of course, I have also tested with an empty community folder and without the enhanced Package.

This just started this afternoon and is one of the VERY few glitches I have encountered since day one… so I guess I was due -lol Loads of aircraft I’ve purchased through the Marketplace do show as Owned but they are not appearing in My Hangar for selection.

I have done the Xbox GamePass ‘Verify and Repair’ but that didn’t solve the problem. I am open to any suggestions for further troubleshooting. I’m hoping this is something “simple stupid” that I’ve unwittingly done but I am stumped.
