"Respect Condition of Aircraft" pegged at zero in Career Mode (Boeing 737 only)

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: Every time I land the plane in Career Mode, I get a 0 rating for respect condition of aircraft. The bug wasn’t always there but started likely 1 month ago. This issue only applies to the 737 as far as I’ve experienced, for passenger transport.

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?

Everything is removed, issue still persists

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
Every flight on landing

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. In career mode, choose 737 aircraft.
  2. Takeoff and land perfectly, without pegging the throttles.
  3. Follow procedures on flaps, spoilers, etc

Providing another update. I tried a flight where it was no autothrottle, so throttle was limited to about 70% or less and my altitude maxed out around 27k. No spoilers on landing. Still getting a value of zero.

When was the last time you checked the “Maintenance” board?

I had this problem with my Cessna 172 for 2 flights a couple months ago.

I had gone through all the maintenance checks and everything was in the green but suddenly, as I said, I got dinged for “Respect of condition…” I thought I had just had a hard landing the first time but the second time I greased it. I then went back into maintenance and found that under “General” the button was red. I fixed that and haven’t had a problem again. Just make sure you have no red items in the maintenance boards.

This was happening to me too, but it was all employee missions, as I haven’t gained enough money to snag my own 737. I ended up not even trying those missions anymore as they were tanking my reputation, and obviously not getting a lot of money out of employee missions. Was just trying it to break up the monotony. But yes, everything I tried, still resulted in a 0% for respecting the condition of the aircraft. Can’t be a maintenance issue if it happens on employee missions too?

I don’t know the last time I did the “general maintenance” button. What an awesome idea. I’ve done the other maintenance items on a regular basis but never really “general”

Edit: one thing I realized is that I got a value of 0 for a brand new 737. I’ll still see if adjusting general maintenance fixes anything.

Just did a flight after doing “general” maintenance on all of my planes. Still got 0 for condition.

you have to do all the procedures before the flight, boarding passengers, catering, pushback etc., dont skip to taxi, works for me

That worked! Doing all the procedures, including a 20 minute boarding for whatever f****** reason, improved the condition of the aircraft.

only the 737 has these “problems”, i skip directly to taxi with all other planes without any issues

You can “skip” boarding by telling ground to stop boarding just after a couple of percentages.

Hey,

Would it be possible to leave this in the bugs section? I think it sounds like a bug since it only affects 737 and doesn’t quite make sense (why would loading passengers affect aircraft quality?)

The single engine planes have the same problem when being flown as employee, it just got worse today. I only fly missions as free-lancer. I flew two very smooth flights, one in Robin Cadet and another in X Cub and didn’t do anything different or worse than I do in all my other flights but suddenly I’m getting 0% for Respect Condition of Aircraft, loss of Reputation and grade of C. No reason for it.

I believe this issue is now resolved as part of SU2.

This bug has returned! Getting 0 for performance of aircraft unless I do the gate procedures.

Can confirm. I just had 2 flights with the ES-30 that had 0 for this. One flight I skipped to descent, the other I did the whole flight. Both I skipped to taxi, but that has been my MO with this plane the whole time and I’ve never seen issues.

Both flights had good landings and were good on other metrics. A few things need maintenance, but nothing is red.

For the past week, it has always been 0% in respect to the condition of the aircraft. I have tried five types of aircraft: from a 737 to a Cessna 170.
