Restore FS2020 to Vanilla State?

I have just received an automated email from FS2020 Support to say my support request received and will respond soon. They have said to restore FS2020 to its ‘Vanilla State’? I assume that is to remove all Community folder content, or does this include MarketPlace extra paid content as well, thats not in Community Folder? This I have already done (Community Folder). FS2020 is still CTD, and I have sent FS2020 Support several Event Viewer FS2020 Faulting Application files. Thank you for any help. I am still investigating from all the suggestions, from original post. I will contact here and thank everyone who tried to help. All the best to everyone here.

Yes, I believe you are correct.
No third party apps that install to the sim.
Nothing in your community folder, and nothing installed from the MSStore.
I would assume the World Updates are part of the vanilla installation as they are made by Asobo to be compatible.

I hope you get to the bottom of this.

Thank you. From what I can see in Event Viewer it is the actual FS2020 EXE and one DLL that is causing the CTD. The last part of the event shows this:-

I would welcome a way to reset MSF to a state that it was in when I 1st installed it.
ie Everything default, and all Logbooks and other similar items, back to “empty”.

A 100% Fresh start …

Also, a way to better manually control the re-sync process. :roll_eyes:
