In a certain way … this bug already has been fixed in SU5.
The “tears” and “tile cracks”, since SU5, are no longer limited to photogrammetry areas … and they often are no longer “random” but persistent and reproducible.
I think that this is important as it shows that they have somehow unified the terrain creation … and it seems to have helped to speed up the graphics.
