I know it’s a terrible pic (taken from my dash cam) but can anyone ID it?
I see the forewings.
It has a T-tail empennage, so not a Velocity XL.
I don’t see winglets, so it’s not a Starship.
That leads me to to think it may be a Piaggio P.180
The fuselage doesn’t look quite right for that, though.
(I’ll say it… WORST PICTURE EVER.) 
That’s what I’m thinking.
Definitely an Avanti. When did you take the photo?

Haha! I couldn’t hear it. I had my stereo cranked up as I dealt with the usual commuter traffic on the ground.
Edit: it’s been years since I’ve been there but KPIE had a service center for Piaggio and there was often a ramp full of them there. This was towards the tail end of the company going out of business
