Hi
Welcome back and happy new year as well.
It’s actually the conflict of the two mods that places the trees.
I have already created a fix for it which will be released in next update within next week.

Thanks Bijan! Is this a common issue in FS2024?
It happens once in a while, same with MSFS 2020.
Hello on that, Belgium, especially Brussels is full of pg trees. would be nice to have a cleanup there ![]()
Sorry to ask again but the area around Shreveport KSHV looks like a tropical jungle it would be nice to have it fixed and be able to overfly the city.
Looks like photogrammetry changed the biome there. I will fix it in next update.
I will add this to my to do list.
Thank you!
Hi Bijan,
Europe’s capitals need your help.
MS-Asobo has done a great job of improving the PG buildings in cities like London, Paris, Vienna, and Rome.
But PG tree blobs ruin the effect …particularly along their river-fronts and around their principal historical sites.
Cheers.
Hi. These are all planned in future updates.
Thanks Bijan!
I am really looking forward to those updates.
Cheers.
Hi Bijan, I don’t know if something changed in the underlying biome, or maybe there’s a glitch, but I’ve been seeing way too many palm trees in the foothill regions of Northern California (specifically around KAUN) and I don’t remember it being this way prior. Real-world, there are some in the valley and fewer in the lower hills, but they tend to thin out above 1,000’ and none really above 2-3000’ elevation. Funny thing is any ones you see up there were imported/planted as they’re non-native, so even though they do exist, seeing one in the sim always raises an eyebrow. But right now, nearly every tree in this area (KAUN) is a palm:
Yes—this is mostly because it’s winter now, so many of the deciduous trees have lost their leaves, which makes the palm trees stand out much more than usual. That said, I’ve gone in and reduced the number of palms and added some evergreen trees so they don’t dominate the area anymore.
I’m reporting something to you in ITALY at Bari airport. There are rivers in Bari. In reality, they’re called lamie and they’re not flooded but they don’t have water, so it’s a big mistake.
I will fix that in the next update.
I’d like to add that the number of palm trees in CA north of Santa Barbara are kind of excessive, with an almost tropical look in the Central Coast areas up to and including the Bay Area. They exist, for sure, (especially in San Jose and Oakland) but they’re far less prevalent in central and northern CA.
I think it might be a bigger job for another day, but any chance of getting the photogrammetry tree blobs replaced in Naples? Especially the south west side…
I’ll add that in the following updates.
Hello, this is Washington DC - January 12th. I tried without your mod and there are a bunch of evergreens which is def not accurrate. With your mod rock creek park (park inside city) looks like summer time? The PG only island on approach to KDCA- more brown and dead looking with some winter deciduous trees looks more accurate for winter than the vibrant green leafed trees frequently encountered elsewhere. Is there a simple fix that will at least make winter kind of look the part? I guess most of the NE US looks like this? Thank you!
The areas that still look green (like parts of Rock Creek Park and similar spots) need photogrammetry cleanup. That’s a separate process where the baked-in PG trees have to be removed and replaced with real vegetation. I’ve already done this in several previous areas, and I’ll continue cleaning more regions in future updates—including places like this.
