Fly a mission in a helicopter, either the H-125 or the Cabri (or whatever it’s called).
Mission barely starts. Helicopter bouncing around on its skids, you’re lucky if you can get the mission to start or end properly without crashing after you’ve landed successfully. Helo just starts bouncing on its skids.
Same problem. It was working fine all week and randomly all helicopters are bouncing at the mission accept screen. If I advance from there I nearly immediately get a screen saying my helicopter has crashed and the game freezes. Only thing different between when it was working and now is I turned on Open track but turning it off didn’t fix the issue.
Having same issues with helos in free flight and photo ops, most of all with H225 and skycrane is just way too jerky to keep steady.
Only helo I was able to use with only small problems is the Westland Scout from msfs2020

Another user here with the same issue.
I notice that somebody moved it from a bug to user support - which is pretty bad.
Its clearly a bug, as its impacting a lot of people.
This is not a user support issue - this is a bug.
See discord - a lot of people are seeing the same thing.
Spawn in on the pre-flight walk around, and the helicopter starts jumping around until it crashes into a building or the ground and the mission fails.
So far the only thing that is working for me is to load into free flight then go around the airport then exit and return to career mode. So far, that has stopped the bouncing intermittently.
Me too…my reputation went from just shy of S to a just north of B…I’ve tried really hard to like the career mode, but I think that was about all I can take…
Yeah, same thing as the rest of you–got a great start to my career until this happened. Fixed-wing aircraft seem much more stable. So sad to see these glitches messing up all of the progress that had been earned.
Had almost zero issues for the last 15 hours of play. Some point today the Heli’s just started to just bounce all over the hanger. I was doing a Freelance mission at the time and I didnt think that the hanger issue would carry over to the game when I started. Well… it did. Booted the mission and instantly my helo bounces off the ground and crashes. Jacked my career up. Tried more missions and its the exact same thing. Rebooted the game twice now, zero fix. Was playing all morning with no issues, randomly started happening in the afternoon. Must be something to do with server load, cause more than just that is jacked up for me and wasnt earlier.
Did you move it recently into a new area? I posted in another thread this tip:
Exit Career mode and go into Free Flight in the exact same area where you have your helicopter hangar’d in Career.
Fly around a bit and end by landing nearby. Now go back into Career Mode and your helicopter may have stopped jumping around. Several have reported back that this worked for them.
Ive tried this a few times and it hasnt fixed anything for me. Ive rebooted, both game and PC, did all the free flight stuff and nothing helped. Yesterday I stopped playing for about 3 hours and came back to the game and was able to play a few heli missions without the jumping around, but the issue returned randomly and I stopped playing yet again. Tried booting the game up today and same thing, all helis either in career or in freeflight are jumping around like the are excited to see me. Go to start the flight and the helis instantly crash. Lost a bunch of rep today trying to do some SAR missions. I really hope we get some sort of “Hey we see this is an issue and we are trying to fix it” soon. The MSFS team has been pretty vague as of recent.
