Dreamscenery finally made a night lighting pack This week’s new release and update seems a lot!
DreamScenery telling us their new $80 European Capitals night-lighting bundle is a steal compared to its rightful MSRP sum of $450!
Nothing in the Development Update regarding AAU3 for 2020. Wonder since they are discussing 2024 mostly on Wednesday, if they’ll even mention AAU3 and when approximately it’ll be updated. Or maybe they’ll release it before on Tuesday, like normal updates, and speak very little about it on Wednesday.
no trace of the De Havilland Canada CL-415 despite the pre-order, I read that it would be available immediately or am I wrong? It’s starting well
Fear not, if you have pre-ordered a copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 you will definitely receive the CL-415 to try out in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020! Keep checking your Content Manager and you should see it pop up ready to download soon.
Thanks
The MSFS Team
great day for 2024 news kickoff, but meh again for marketplace releases
can you confirm that the content bought in the Marketplace of the Steam version of 2020 will transfer for 2024 on Steam also?
(i know that it will from MS store’s MSFS, but on Steam, there might be some legal shenanigans)
Where we can ask questions for the next Dev. Stream?
That was answered here:

The “rental” is a good thing! It solves the return/refund complaints. Although I’m about 99.9% certain that a simmer will find a fault in that solution.
I brought mine on Thursday last week (Aviator edition) and I still didn’t receive the CL-415 yet
That’s a poor roll out. Microsobo- don’t offer a plane if you’re gonna take a long time to give it
It can take up to two business days to arrive in your content manager.
If you ordered Thursday, Friday was the first business day, today is the second.
It should be in your sim’s Content Manager sometime today.
Why did the original infornation say we would get it “instantly”?
I read that as it would be available in MSFS when you ordered MSFS 2024, as opposed to it dropping in MSFS in November. 2 working days isn’t a huge deal compared to 2 months, let’s cut them some slack and not get bogged down in semantics
Was the Xbox version previewed at the Grand Canyon ? Haven’t seen any previews of it running on Xbox yet. Will the logbook migrate to 2024 ?
No, logbook and control profiles wont migrate from 2020 to 2024.
Your also correct that absolutely NO xbox footage has been shown to date, no xbox specific reviewers have had the chance to look at it either.
I have a suspicion that there has so far been no console testing or if there has the results may have been less than encouraging
