Have your gaming services confirmed updated and repaired first, that’s where you’re likely to get a false FS update or your settings lost.
All of my settings remained the same. Keyboard, Hotas, everything is here.
All my aircraft that say installed…are not all there…Kodiak for one!
Yep just tried it now, everything here is intact only had to re-download a 300mb update.
I just ran WSReset.exe and it seems to have fixed it at least in Kansas USA…

Able to login but no user settings, photogrammetry, or marketplace. I’m in Southern California.
working here ohio usa.. however, after redoing all settings and control settings.. the ZOOM SPEED setting is completely missing and now zooming with mouse wheel is unbearably slow…
Does anyone else have the option to redo all their settings? will this be fixed if I just wait for the servers to be back up
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. When authentication issues are reported I just stay away from the sim. Profile wipes have happened because of things like this.
Well I had no idea that the servers were down when I tried to log in the first time, so now it’s my fault my user data got cleared because I tried to play the game??
Do a regular Backup your WGS folder !!!
Then you can recover from these Cloud lost data issues.

I can open the game without any errors but will CTD right before goind to the menu even with empty Community folder
Maybe I’ll have to reinstall everything again…

As of about 20 minutes ago, Xbox Support reported that the authentication issue is resolved. I launched the sim myself (on both PC and Xbox) and confirmed it is once again working normally for me.
