Trying to figure this out too, all my stuff is gone… i hope they have a fix for this because I do not want to set it all up again

Well, that was a bad one, honestly.
It basically reset my sim to standard. Had to dl 10GB of liveries and standard planes, all settings are gone too. With all i mean ALL of them, including Joystick settings for a lot of hardware, that took many hours to setup.
So it seems the whole cloud data is gone.
What is worse than that, everytime i start the sim now the same happens, all settings are back to standard.
I dont have unlimited time, this is starting to get really nerve wrecking.
Just a heads up, I signed out of both Microsoft store and Xbox and signed back in prior to launching the sim after the outage. All went well and didn’t lose anything.
Was looking forward to exploring the new photography after a stressful work day. But I cannot even log in to XBox live. Really not my day … Just saw that others have the XBox live issue as well 
My sim crashed and now i only get a black screen when i try to start the sim, just after the MSFS splashscreen. Idk if this is cuz of the outage or my sim is completely broken now. LOL
yee i saw that, was just not sure if the crash has broken the sim in some way, or if this is just because of the outage and will resolve itself. But i think its the outage then, i hope. LOL
The notice about the outage has a link to the XBOX status page, which hilariously states that all services are running just fine. What gives?
They probably haven’t updated it yet. But they are well aware of the problem.
I also got the black screen and then it worked, just be patient with it. The sim is not broken. Cheers.
Well, shouldn’t a service status page whose sole purpose it is to alert and inform users about outages be the first thing you update when you become aware of an outage?
It was updated minutes after my post.
It took them over an hour to update the page though, it was first reported at 7.07pm BST.
It’s back, at least for some of us. I’m in and about to buy a C-46.
I don’t know if it’s up on the post, but for what I’m reading after getting up today (i) the problem is already solved, (ii) settings are gone. Do you know how to backup personal settings before logging onto MSFS? And the route (store version) and the exact files to copy? Thank you for the help!
Where do you read that it’s back? Is that confirmed?
