Should I see the correct labels on planes?

If another player has an aircraft which you don’t own/have installed, then you will see a generic aircraft, instead of what is actually labelled.
However.. your screenshot is showing the correct aircraft. It’s an A320.. but they are labelled a A20 - to be honest I’m not sure why, but they are.

It says A20N and it’s the correct ICAO for the A320neo.

Thanks. Why don’t they include the 3 though? Presumably they only use 4 characters?

Because the labels are showing the ICAO type designator and not the model. A 777-300ER would be B77W.
