ISSUE DESCRIPTION Description of the issue: As per title, attempting to leave the sim properly using the Quit to Desktop causes the sim to hang. The screen freezes with the dialog box open and needs to be shutdown in Task Manager. Did not occur on launch, introduced with 1.1.9.0 [PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons?
