Was also waiting for this plane but I dont know this developpers…so cant tell if I should by it or not
If its anything like the Phenom 300E that they first released it would not even be good as a freeware aircraft.
There is a V2 version of the 300E that has released but I have no experience with that. Perhaps they have improved things since then.
Better wait for some review then. I am used with the PMDG 737-800 but would like something different but want a good one,
The VisionJet and HJet are rather good for small biz jets. Not exactly on the same level as a Phenom 300E or Challenger 350 tho.
I very much love the immersion that a properly simulated aircraft gives. After getting some of the study level/near study level aircraft, it’s very hard to go back to anything else without it feeling like an arcade game.

Ah, yes, the release, then release V2, and charge for the upgrade thing. Any developer that does that goes straight to the back of the line.
EDIT: I’ve read elsewhere this is supposed to be a free upgrade for existing customers, though no official confirmation of such. I hope this is right.
From what I have seen this is something of a frankenplane.
I’m currently testing the new version of the phenom 300e and am absolutely disappointed. for me the cockpit variant is the only variant that spawns without ctd. stutter is going crazy. black avionic every time no matter whether I’m doing a takeoff or a landing approach. I’ve been using the Xbox version for almost three years and have rarely installed such a bad update
Do NOT buy it. Its basically the longitude flight model and sounds with a challenger exterior.

Its terrible. Theres 2 videos up on youtube about it, guess we gotta keep waiting for a good challenger.

A classic race to market product. They’ll no doubt make some money from it, and I just wish they would invest whatever that gets them into making better products in future.

I bought the plane and is very similar with the previous plane the EMB 300. I a big pile of Sh^^%%^$% I can’t belive a company like Microsoft allowed this kind of product inside of Marketplace

To be totally fair here, I can’t believe someone bought it without seeing the reviews first (or learned from their other releases).
Not meant to be a dig, but I don’t think we can lay all blame for a bad product on the shop. Refunds and trials are a different story, tho.
Honestly, the phenom V2 has a 1 star review. I dont think it could be more obvious the SF is a terrible dev lol
Does this Challenger 350 have a flight_model.cfg file?
The WT upgraded default Longitude isn’t a bad stand in for those looking for a Challenger 300/350. Even has a longer range than the CL35. With the exception of the HotStart CL65, Challengers have long been absent from flight sims.
EDIT: There was a decent CL30 for XP11 way back when now that I think about it. Was it DDen that made that one?
