This bug has been marked as no repro since December in the latest developer update. I can still repro it whenever I use the init req to request a simbrief plan in FMC.

I’ve seen a post, refering to the Developpers’ Forums, stating that the underlying issue is fixed and will be deployed in SU1 (with no date at the moment).
It is possible that the team fixed the issue in December, and have had no issue with the internal beta version (SU1) of the sim, which only they can use at the moment. And in my theory, a bug in the communication made the message unclear, it should simply have been “SU1”.

Yes I did. Is there anything else to do other than copying the flight plan file to the correct directory and sending it to avionics on the EFB?
Do I need to load the flight plan in the EFB on the world map or can I do that at the gate?
Oh and btw, in the EFB I can’t load fpl files. It only lets me load pln files
This bug is definitely not “no repro” - it happens to me every single time I use an iniBuilds aircraft and it’s incredibly annoying!

Same for me, the issue occurs with iniBuilds aircraft after a flight. I only did full flight not sure if I quit during the flight.
By the way I mostly use iniBuilds aircraft in 2024 so not sure with others. It did not happen with Fenix.
Type ICAO codes for departure and destination like shown below and click top right button on the MCDU. The page will change and show all waypoint from the flight plan. Press Insert and it will get imported into MCDU. This only imports flight route. Winds and other data needs to be entered manually.

I don’t understand why they said it. This bug is fixed internally but will be released to us with SU1.

I just completely 2 identical flights in 2024 in the A310. KMIA to MKJS. First time I loaded the flight plan from simbrief and it froze up when I ended the flight. Second time I manually entered the flight plan with no simbrief usage and it exited the flight back to the menu with no issues

First of all, why would Microsoft (in their Jan 16th Development Update) claim they had “No repro since Dec” on that issue if I keep having that issue everytime I try to fly any inibuilds aircraft?

It only happens if you use init request on the MCDU by the looks of it
I see the bug-logged tag.
I also am confused by the update saying “no reproduction”. Hopefully this is all just communication misunderstanding since the issue has been pinned and seemingly understood.
