Hmmmm, it took over 90 minutes to change the status from ALL IS GOOD to NOTHING IS WORKING.
I wonder how long it would take to change the status back to Green when the servers are back online.
Constructive Idea:
- Monitor the server status automatically
- Create a mailing list where you send out such information automatically to everyone who is on that mailing list

Where in the SLA does it state that you’re obligated to an immediate response night to sunday, west coast time? I think it’s about time this thread just calms down and waits for things to resolve - the only thing we can do. Moaning and moaning will lead to nothing but flagged posts and more anger. Relax, grab a coffee. Watch an episode of Brooklyn Nine-Nine or smth.
