Sim Skunk Works FRF-104G versus TF-104G

Good morning everyone. I would like to purchase the F104 by Sim Skunk Works. The two available versions have a significant price difference (both on the marketplace and on Aerosoft) that doesn’t seem justified by simply buying the two-seater version… especially since I unfortunately don’t have space in my simulation setup to add an extra seat for my wife, neither in front nor behind.

Can anyone give me advice on this matter? Is the FRF complete in terms of simulation?

They released the two seater first and I think when they released the single seater they wanted to sell it for a discount for people who already bought the two seater but then decided just to lower the price for everyone. It’s not an indication of a difference in quality. Just go for the single seater IMO.

I own both. I like both. For sure like real life there is difference, fuel quantity, things like that. I own both because I like more the style of the two seaters. But the single seater has an autopilot, the two sitter don’t have autopilot. Having autopilot is very useful when you manage things like setting the navigation, jettison external tank, and other things that need time without checking the flight instruments.

Even more reason to buy the single seater.
