Simbrief Flight Plan Import | Multi Leg FLight

I do multi leg flights like EDDF > EHAM > EGLL > EGCC etc. While the Simbrief pln file can be imported from world map when very first flight is started, is there a way to load the pln file for subsequent legs once I land and finish deboarding?

Never tried it but is the flightplan cancelled in the sim when you shut down your engine(s)? If not just carry on, otherwise I think you’d need to go back to the Main Menu.

Going back to the main menu is something I dont want to do

Just delete the current Flight plan in the AP after the first leg and load up the next leg and so on after each landing. It doesn’t take long and it works just fine.

I use the Fenix and just reload the FP via EFB, so are you suggesting

  1. I go back to main menu and then load pln file for the next leg
  2. Load the flight and then go from there

Fenix’ MCDU is not integrated with the game flight plan system so yes, you need to exit to the main menu. Same with PMDG 737.

If you flew one of the Asobo planes you could just load the new flight plan while still in the cockpit and request a new IFR clearance from ATC. Assuming you use the in-game ATC.

Looks like I was wrong. Marklar666 knows a lot more about the Fenix MCDU than I so go with that advice.
